Registration fees

For foreign participants (from far abroad) the registration fee is $600.

Payment for foreign participation in full-time format is carried out upon arrival. Other forms of participation will be discussed in personal correspondence.

The indicated registration fees below are valid for participants from Russia and the countries of the former USSR (Belarus, Kazakhstan and others). The fee is indicated in Russian Rubles ₽

* Young scientist - a participant whose age does not exceed 35 years on the day of the conference.

CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:

For in Person Participants

Regular participants and Young scientists:

• Access to all conference sessions and exhibition area;
• Oral or poster presentation (by decision of the program committee);
• Welcome party;
• One conference bag with name badge, program booklet, a set of stationery items;
• Abstract publication in the E-Abstract Book;
• Coffee breaks;
• Kazan tour;
• E-Certificate from Organizing Committee (on request).

Accompanying persons:

• Access to all conference sessions and exhibition area;
• Name badge;
• Welcome party;
• Kazan tour.

For Virtual Participants:

• Access to online translation of all sessions;
• E-Abstract Book and Program;
• Abstract publication in the E-Abstract Book;
• E-Certificate from Organizing Committee (on request).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for the conference, you agree to the following terms:

• the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, date and/or venue at any time without prior agreement with the participants;
• the organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the replacement, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, including any force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, sabotage, trade or labor disputes, acts of terrorism, epidemics, strikes or fighting and etc.
• the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the organizer will not bear any responsibility to the participants.
• if the event is postponed for a new date due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the registration of participants remains valid. In these cases, the return of the registration fee is not provided.
• in case of cancellation or postponement of the dates and venue of the Conference, the organizer undertakes to post news about it on the Conference website.
• regularly reviewing the Conference website for new information about the event is the responsibility of the participants. We advise you to constantly check the site for updated information about the Conference.
• during the Conference, the organizers do not bear any responsibility for bodily injury, loss or damage to property belonging to the participants.
